ACCEPTANCE

By accessing youhavetherighttoknow.org and placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

THE SELLING ENTITY

All sales on this site are made by Pierre Deglaire, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), registered in France under SIRET 482 454 303 00033, place of business 7 avenue Guillaume Apollinaire, 33700 Mérignac, France, trading under the name YHRK. Contact: legal@youhavetherighttoknow.org · +33 6 63 90 13 01. These contracts are governed by French law. As a consumer, you retain all mandatory protections of your country of residence.

PRODUCTS & PRICING

All products are manufactured on demand. Prices are displayed in EUR. In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI). YHRK reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase, and no price change can affect an order already placed.

DELIVERY

Production time is 3–7 business days. Delivery times run from dispatch: Europe 5–10 days, North America 7–14 days, rest of world 10–20 days. Because every item is produced and dispatched on demand, delivery charges vary according to the destination, the weight and dimensions of the item, and the production partner fulfilling the order. They are calculated for your specific order and displayed in full in your basket, before you enter any payment details. No delivery charge is ever added after payment. Import duties and customs fees, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — texts, visuals, skulls, phrases, philosophical works, NFTs, and any derivative — is the exclusive intellectual property of Pierre Deglaire and YHRK CO LLC (Reg. No. B26076249, Tbilisi, Georgia). No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written authorisation. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for personal purposes only.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. YHRK accepts payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Bitcoin via Swiss Bitcoin Pay. All transactions are processed by secured third-party payment providers. YHRK does not store any payment data.

WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal on standard catalogue products. Personalised or custom-made products are exempt under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Full details are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YHRK is liable for the conformity of the products delivered and for any hidden defects, under the conditions provided by Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. Beyond these statutory guarantees, and to the extent permitted by law, YHRK shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any complaint should first be addressed to legal@youhavetherighttoknow.org, and we undertake to reply within 30 days. If no satisfactory resolution is reached, consumers resident in the European Union may submit the dispute to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers resident in France may also refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator, in accordance with Articles L611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code.

PRIVACY

Personal data collected during your order is used solely for order processing and delivery. It is never sold or shared with third parties outside of our production partners (Printify, Gelato, Printful) strictly for fulfilment purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
