Refund & Returns Policy

OUR POLICY

YHRK is a print-on-demand operation. Every product is manufactured on demand by our production partners (Printify, Gelato, Printful) specifically when an order is placed. We do not hold inventory.

YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, for standard catalogue products. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@youhavetherighttoknow.org with your order number. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full product price together with the standard delivery charge you originally paid, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Where you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard offer, the supplementary cost is not refunded. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

EXCEPTION — PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products custom-made or personalised to your specifications, including any item created through our Personalised Creation service. These sales are final.

ACCEPTED CLAIMS

Beyond the withdrawal right, we accept claims in the following cases: manufacturing defect or printing error; wrong item or wrong size shipped; product damaged in transit. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@youhavetherighttoknow.org with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund coordinated with our production partner, at no cost to you.

NON-REFUNDABLE

Outside the withdrawal right and accepted claims above, we cannot accept returns for: minor colour variations due to screen display differences; customs fees or import duties. Please consult the size guide before ordering.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY CHARGES

Production time is 3–7 business days. Delivery times run from dispatch: Europe 5–10 days, North America 7–14 days, rest of world 10–20 days. Tracking sent automatically by email. YHRK is not responsible for customs delays. Import duties are the customer's responsibility.

Because every item is produced and dispatched on demand, delivery charges vary according to the destination, the weight and dimensions of the item, and the production partner fulfilling the order. They are therefore calculated for your specific order and displayed in full in your basket, before you enter any payment details. No delivery charge is ever added after payment.
