WHO WE ARE

This site and shop are operated by Pierre Deglaire, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), registered in France under SIRET 482 454 303 00033, place of business 7 avenue Guillaume Apollinaire, 33700 Mérignac, France, trading under the name YHRK. We are the data controller for all personal data collected through youhavetherighttoknow.org. Intellectual property of all works is held by YHRK CO LLC (Reg. No. B26076249, Tbilisi, Georgia).

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment data is processed exclusively by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Swiss Bitcoin Pay) and is never stored on our servers. We also collect basic browsing data (IP address, browser type) for security and analytics purposes.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your data is used solely to process and fulfil your order, send order confirmations and tracking information, and respond to customer service requests. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Your data is shared only with our production and fulfilment partners — Printify, Gelato, and Printful — strictly for the purpose of manufacturing and shipping your order. These partners are contractually bound to process your data securely and solely for fulfilment. Your data is never sold to third parties.

DATA RETENTION

Order data is retained for a minimum of 5 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
